Lifeline Treatment Services, Inc. (LTS Inc.) is committed to
providing recovery and rehabilitation services to persons
addicted to opiates/opioids. We will continue to update
our policies and procedures to keep step with the latest
technology available in the field of medically assisted
treatment and developing scientific information regarding
approved medications. Our philosophy is one of harm
reduction. Although our ultimate goal for each patient is
movement from dependency on any substance to a drug-free state,
we recognize that the patient must be in control of the
timeliness of each step in the process.
LTS, Inc. expects to accomplish its
mission by:
- Adhering to all regulatory and accreditation
expectations
- Stressing to employees the need for integrity and
adherence to the code of ethics
- Making every attempt to educate our community regarding
the value of medically assisted treatment to patients,
family members, and society at large.
- Utilizing outreach programs to identify referral sources
so that our patients may find needed services with minimal
"Red Tape."
- Eliciting feedback from patients, family members, and
other concerned persons.
- Being constantly aware that we live in a culturally
diverse society, and strive to respect all groups, be it
ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, or any other
classification.
- Understanding that medically assisted treatment of
opiate/opioid addiction is an evolving field and keeping
abreast of the changes is essential to a viable and
effective treatment facility.
Although LTS,
Inc. will not require that patients participate in services and
meetings, such as parenting classes, medical and mental health
services, vocational training, and twelve-step programs, we will
encourage them to take advantage of all opportunities.
