Willie Collins, who is the Sponsor and Executive/Program Director has thirty years experience in the field.  He has been in the field since February 1977.  LTS, Inc. was founded and operates based on the principles that he has acquired while working at various treatment centers.  We have come together to formalize our services, and to create a mode of treatment that will enhance the lives of those whom we serve.

LTS, Inc. wishes to serve both the patient who is suffering from addiction and the community by providing a safe, clean, esthetically pleasing environment, and effective treatment modalities that meet the needs of our patients at whatever stage of addiction or recovery that they are in when they come to us.  We have taken a holistic approach to treatment by addressing the physical and psychological sequelae of addiction.  By adopting a harm reduction model to treatment, providing adequate dosing levels of Methadone, effective counseling and referrals, and emphasizing sound nutritional habits, we will be able to offer our patients a well-rounded program aimed at gaining control of their addiction.  To the degree that we are successful, we will also help to mitigate the burden on the criminal justice system, and the medical and social service systems in the area.
